I’m Haley Bergman, I provide creative leadership for premium brands in beauty, fashion, tech, and lifestyle, either as an embedded fractional lead or by assembling a bespoke team of designers and copywriters to execute 360° campaigns and content libraries.

My approach bridges brand strategy with production efficiency: I architect shot lists that maximize on-set output, leverage AI for rapid ideation in pre-production, and lead the full creative lifecycle from concept through post.

I specialize in translating business goals into elevated visual storytelling, with a collaborative leadership style that gets the best work out of every team, including navigating the ethical integration of AI into final workstreams and usage rights.

I’m an OG east-coaster splitting time between San Francisco, Los Angeles and NYC with my pup, Charlie. You can find us volunteering with the SF SPCA’s Animal Assisted Therapy program, bringing joy and comfort to those in need.
